TIM HORST

Honesty, serving, listening, and helping are just some of the traits that have made Tim a successful real estate agent.  “My desire is to please my clients and do what’s best for their individual needs.  I know if I do a great job and the transaction is a success, they will recommend me again and again.” Since entering the business in 1984, Tim has received many awards over the years.  In his first year he was the top first year agent in the county and since 1990 he has been in the top 1% of all Montgomery County Realtors.

Tim grew up in Hagerstown, Maryland and moved to Montgomery County when he married his wife, Jennifer in 1984. When he’s not working, Tim loves to spend time with his family. He looks forward to assisting you with your next home purchase or sale.

JIM WHITNAH

Jim Whitnah joined Tim’s team in 1998 primarily to assist him with the Team’s buyer clients. He works diligently to find homes that meet the particular needs of clients.

Jim is a native of Montgomery County. When not working in real estate, Jim can often be found pursuing his passion – distance running. Jim is a former MCRRC Open Runner of the Year and a Potomac Valley USATF Masters Runner of the Year. Jim also logs many hours working with MCRRC and does whatever it takes to make many of the club’s races successful events.
